At Sybella Jewellery, we take pride in offering beautifully designed silver jewellery. If your piece isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist.
1-Year Warranty
All Sybella Jewellery pieces are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing and workmanship defects. If a fault is found within this period, we will repair the item where possible.
To request a repair, please send your jewellery to the address below along with your receipt for assessment. Ensure the item is securely packaged in a box—avoid using envelopes or packaging that could be damaged in transit. Sybella Jewellery is not responsible for damage caused by third-party freight or couriers.

This warranty does not cover:
